I've come to an understanding that my job is blatantly paying me less than other people for some undisclosed reason. I have reason to suspect it may be because of my mental health OR possibly because of a work place injury that occurred over a year ago. People who have the same position I do are being paid more than me even though I have seniority over them along with more experience and skills. There are also brand new hires, with no experience or training, making the exact same pay that I am. My blood is boiling over this situation. It hurts my heart and mind having worked so hard just to get what someone unqualified walked in with. Anyways, I just needed to write out my frustrations. I may not post any drawings too soon, I'm too upset to make anything. I feel so betrayed.
